VIC - Vingroup - On December 3, 2019, VIC and Masan Group (stock code: MSN) agreed on the principle of exchanging shares of VinCommerce and VinEco. Under the agreement, VinCommerce (retail), VinEco (agriculture), Masan Consumer Corporation (Masan Consumer Holding) will merge to form Vietnam's leading Consumer Goods - Retail Group, and accordingly, Vingroup will swap all shares in VinCommerce into shares of the new company after the merger. Masan Group will take control of the operation, Vingroup is a shareholder.
