+ From January 15th to June 14th, 2021, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) sends thousands of e-Vouchers with a total value of nearly VND 1 billion VND to customers newly opening and activating Ebank (SeANet / SeAMobile) service through the online channel of the bank system. Accordingly, SeABank will send 15,000 “NEWCUS” e-Vouchers worth VND 50,000 VND each e-Voucher for customers who activate eBank services through the online channel earliest every month. The number of e-Vouchers are aggregated each month and transferred directly to customers' online payment accounts. 

+ Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) announced its business statements in 2020 with a pre-tax profit of VND 15.8 trillion, up 23.1% over 2019, and 21.5% higher than the target approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Bank continues to firm its leading position with the 12-month return on assets ratio of 3.1% and CAR (Capital adequacy ratio) index under Basel II of 16.1% by the end of 2020.

+ Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank) - one of the first seven banks co-operating Napas - officially announced the launch of domestic credit cards and prepaid cards. Vietbank is also the first bank in Vietnam to pioneer in issuing domestic prepaid cards under CHIP VCCS contactless standard. Thanks to the Contactless technology, cardholders can make transactions quickly by "Tap and go". 

+ HD SAISON Finance Co., Ltd (HD SAISON) deploys the consumer loan package in which customers do not need to prepay but also receive low-interest rates of only 1.99%/month, applied on many electronic products (television, washing machine, refrigerator, air-conditioner), furniture, building materials, etc. Besides low-interest rates, this loan package allows customers to split the loan with a payment term of up to 18 months. Instead of saving for shopping, customers will experience first then pay later, thanks to HD SAISON services.

+ Vietnam Prosperity Finance Limited Company (FE CREDIT) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company (NAPAS) on the development of the NAPAS credit card product. Accordingly, FE CREDIT develops the network of customers using NAPAS credit cards, allowing them to access financial products quickly with reasonable fees while contributing to the limitation of cash payments and gradually repelling black credit. This plan will take place in the third quarter of 2021.

+ Recently, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAC A BANK) has opened a new branch at No. 394 - 398 Tran Hung Dao Street, Quang Trung ward, Nam Dinh city. This is the 23rd first-grade credit institution branch in Nam Dinh province.

+ From January 25th to February 26th, 2021, BAOVIET Bank launches the promotion program "Being Cheerful - Welcoming the Spring". Accordingly, customers will receive many attractive gifts worth up to VND 500,000 when participating in one of the categories of the program. For example, for customers disbursing ordinary loans with collateral and the amount of above VND 200 million VND or existing customers with a deposit balance of above VND 2 billion VND with a term of 6 months (may accumulating customer savings books), they will receive gifts worth up to VND 500,000 VND.

+ Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Tiki Joint Stock Company (TIKI)  as the first provider of an ecosystem of financial and banking products and services. This step belongs to the digital development orientation from both parties. Accordingly, MSB will design a specialized financial solution package for the seller community on TIKI, including free account, card, overdraft, payment services, and an 8-hour credit approval mechanism.

+ According to Techcombank's consolidated financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2020, the salaries and allowances for its employees were sharply increased from VND 4,414 billion in 2019 to VND 5,172 billion in 2020. The average monthly salaries of employees in Techcombank and its subsidiaries increased from VND 29 million/month in 2019 to VND 30 million/month in 2020. The average income of employees in Techcombank and its subsidiaries also increased from VND 35 million/month to VND 38 million/month. The average income of employees in Techcombank parent bank in 2020 was VND 37 million/month, increased by VND 2 million/month compared to 2019.
