JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage Sales Department (3 staff)
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with potential clients
- Seek sales opportunities through relationships, phone, social networks and others channels (online & offline)
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports on sales and sales-related financial data
- Attend seminars, courses, conferences and business / entrepreneur forums to take care of potential sales relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with other teams (Industry Analysis Department and Online Marketing Department to achieve better results
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in economics (Finance, Banking, Insurances…)
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and client management softwares
- Market understanding and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about sales.
- Male (born in 1982 – 1992 is preferred)
