Top 54 real estate investors and projects in Vietnam

On April 14, 2018 in Hanoi, Vietnam National Property Awards 2018 was held by Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA) to honor and award 54 top real estate investors and projects.

The 13-member judging panel was chaired by the President of the Vietnam Association of Architects, former Vice Minister of Ministry of Construction Nguyen Tan Van. The judges are prestigious architects (domestic and international), audit experts, lawyers, journalists and representatives of international organizations.

Specifically, there were 54 real estate investors and projects being awarded in the following categories:

- Most Prestigious Real Estate Developer (11 prizes);

- Best Urban Area (6 prizes);

- Best Resort Property Project (5 prizes)

- Best Commercial Buidling for Lease (3 Prizes);

- Most Desirable Housing Project (10 Prizes);

- Best Green Building Project (6 Prizes);

- Best Real Estate Trading Floor (7 Prizes)

- Best Social Housing Project (6 Prizes).
