Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HoSE: MSB) approved to increase capital by paying a 30% stock dividend. The bank plans to issue an additional 352.5 million shares to pay dividends, bringing the total number of outstanding shares to nearly 1.53 billion shares, equivalent to 15,275 billion VND of charter capital.
