+ Recently, BAC A BANK Northern Sai Gon Branch was inaugurated at Block 2, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hoc Mon, Ho Chi Minh City. This branch is a part of the network expansion plan of BAC A BANK and is the third branch and the 18th transaction point in the city. The number of BAC A BANK's transaction points now increases to 139 in 31 key economic cities and provinces in Vietnam.

+ ATM Online, a fintech company headquartered in Singapore and a member of TM Online, specializing in providing fast loans of VND 3 - 10 million in a period of 6 months, will reduce fees and debt for flood-hit people in Central Vietnam. Accordingly, people in Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam affected by the flood and having loan payment schedules of October and November 2020, will receive a 10% discount on the payment amount (at least one month) if the payment is due.
 
Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has announced its financial statements for the first 9 months of 2020 with positive results. The pre-tax profit reached VND 1,131 billion, increasing by nearly 66% compared to the same period last year and completing 75% of the 2020’s plan.
 
Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) announced its financial statements for the first 9 months of 2020 with the pre-tax profit of VND 10.7 trillion, up 20.9% compared to the same period in 2019. Total Operating Income (TOI) reached VND 19.3 trillion, increasing by 33.5% compared to the revenue of VND 14.4 trillion for the first 9 months of 2019. Net Fee and Commission Income (NFI) reached VND 3.1 trillion, increasing by 65.1% compared to the first 9 months of 2019.

+ From October 5th, 2020, VietinBank waives the charges of all transactions on VietinBank eFAST e-banking for enterprises registering a new eFAST account. These transactions include: transferring VND inside and outside the system, salary payment, remittance to the State Budget, 2 devices for VietinBank OTP authentication, etc.
 
+ Mastercard has cooperated with IDEMIA and MatchMove to pilot fingerprint biometric cards in transactions at in-store payment terminals in Asia.
This card, named F.CODE Easy, will be piloted from the fourth quarter of 2020. F.CODE allows users to seamlessly and intuitively experience the biometric authentication on their smartphones and smart cards.
 
+ From now until December 31st, 2020, SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) registering online accounts and using the salary payment service of VPBank will be free of many Internet Banking charges such as account maintenance fees, SMS banking fees, interbank transfer fees, electronic tax payment fees, etc.
 
+ From October 20th, 2020, Eximbank officially issues and accepts the payment of V-top domestic debit cards according to the basic standards of VCCS domestic chip cards.
 
+ From now to December 15th, 2020, customers with domestic Sacombank Napas cards with an EMV chip will enjoy many attractive incentives. Accordingly, for customers using Napas debit cards, when switching to chip cards, they will enjoy a preferential card replacement fee of VND 29,000 (normal fee of VND 99,000) and a refund of VND 100,000 for a minimum payment transaction of VND 200,000 via POS. Customers using Napas debit cards/credit cards will get a refund of VND 50,000 for a minimum payment transaction of VND 100,000 via POS.
