+ National Citizen Bank (NCB) and Novaland Group have signed a cooperation program that finances individual customers to provide customers with the best services and experiences based on the potentials and advantages of both parties. Accordingly, NCB will provide products and services such as credit, deposits, e-banking, insurance, etc. for individual customers needing to buy or invest in real estate projects of Novaland with many incentive policies. At the same time, NCB creates preferential credit packages for NCB's employees and customers transacting at Novaland and vice versa.
 
+ Ngan Luong Joint Stock Company and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) have cooperated with Thanh Nhan Hospital to implement QR Code payment service, card swipe, and 0% interest installment payment through SmartPOS device. Accordingly, customers can easily pay hospital fees by scanning a QR-Code through the bank's Mobile Banking application or swiping cards directly at the counter without entering the card/bank account information.
 
Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has upgraded and integrated the experience of SeAMobile digital bank - a Smart finance application, on all devices and internet browsers. Thereby, customers will have a consistent and convenient experience on SeAMobile digital banking. The most outstanding feature is Personal financial health care, which has never been found on other banking and finance applications in Viet Nam.
 
+ Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) has been honored in the "Responsive Human Capital Initiative" category at the Vietnam HR Awards 2020. Techcombank was the only bank to receive this award. Vietnam HR Awards is an annual award organized by Labor and Social Newspaper and Talentnet Corporation.

+ From November 25th, 2020, Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB) issued a "Phat Loc - 2020" Deposit Certificate for individual customers at all transaction points nationwide. This will bring more profitable investment opportunities with preferential interest rates of up to 7.5% p.a. The total par value of the issue is VND 2,000 billion. With the minimum amount of only VND 100,000, customers can easily join this program and enjoy attractive interest rates. The first year's interest rates for 6-year and 8-year terms are 7.3% and 7.5% p.a., respectively. The interest rates in the following years will be appropriately adjusted in accordance with competitiveness on the market.

The service is applied for transfer among accounts of banks that are members of NAPAS.
 
+ Recently, in Ho Chi Minh City, BAOVIET Bank was honored with the "Outstanding Creative Service Products Bank" award for its BAOVIET One Care product by VNBA and IDG Vietnam. This was the fourth time BAOVIET Bank had won the Vietnam Outstanding Banking Award and was the second time-honored in the "Outstanding Creative Service Products" category.
